This is pilot program between York Region's "Wellness Works" program and Performance Fitness.

 

 

Performance Circuit Classes

Our Bootcamp programs are not typical. We incorporate cardio, TRX suspension trainer, kettle bells, free weights, TRX RIP trainers, ViPR's, Bosu's and more. We design all our workouts so that anyone can participate. We have the average adult, pregnant women, new moms, athletes, people who haven't worked out in year and MANY people with injuries. We can modify all workouts to make anyone successful! We are very results focused and do a weigh-in and take measurements every 3 weeks so that you can really see how you're doing, stay motivated and see how far you've come!

Morning Body Blast

Monday, Wednesday & Friday- 6:15-7am (on hold)

Morning Performance Circuit

Wednesday & Friday- 9-10 a.m.

Lunch Express Body Blast (on hold)

Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 12 to 12:45 p.m.

After work Performance Circuit

Monday & Friday - 5 to 6 p.m.  

Evening Performance Circuit

Wednesday - 7 to 8 p.m.

 

 

 

Wednesdays 7:30pm (on hold)

This workout is geared to the men; it is focused on increasing muscle mass, decreasing body fat and integrating sport movements to increase cardio capacity all in one workout! 

Specialty Programs

Extreme Performance Workout

This workout is designed to push your body to its limits, then passed! You will sweat like never before and burn more calories in this one hour than you ever thought possible.

Saturdays 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.

We use all cardio based exercises to keep your heart rate elevated though the whole hour but then push your muscles to their max as well. Your work period will be twice as long as the rest period in order to maximize calories burned and RESULTS!!

Monthly 90min Bootcamp

These workouts are unique and never the same. We have a focus each month as far as certain muscle groups or introducing new moves and equipment. It's a great way to burn a ton of calories and start your week-end off right.
