Smoothie Recipes

Pina Colada

1 cup rice, almond or hemp milk (vanilla is nice in this)
½ cup pineapple coconut juice
1 banana and ½ cup fresh pineapple
1 tbsp lime juice

Green Power Smoothie

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 banana + handful of spinach + ¼ cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop protein powder
Tbsp flax oil

Almond Yogurt Smoothie

½ cup rice milk
1/4 cup water
4 tbsp yogurt, vanilla
10 almonds
4 dates or tbsp. maple syrup
Tbsp flax oil

Vanilla Banana-Berry Smoothie

¾ cup vanilla almond mil
Small banana
½ cup frozen mixed berries
¼ cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp brewers yeast &flax oil

Chocolate Monkey Smoothie

1 cup chocolate almondmilk
1 banana
1 tbsp all natural almondbutter
3-4 ice cubes

Orange Creamsicle

½ cup almond milk, ½ cuporange juice
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
Scoop of protein powder
Tbsp. flax oil
Ice and blend
