Performance Fitness Programs

We have ongoing personal and partner training that your trainer will happily schedule to suit your busy lifestyle.

Our Group Programs run in 8 week sessions. We realize that your life is busy so we try to keep the commitment to 8-week intervals. This is enough time for you to see some amazing RESULTS but not have to commit for months at a time.

Our specialized programs such as 90min Boot Camp, Couples Boot Camp, Lululemon classes and Parent/Child Workouts run on a biweekly to monthly basis.
