Mommy and Me

Our mommy and baby classes are unique. We incorporate the typical mommy and baby bonding experience while using your baby in the carrier as the weight. BUT the best part about our workout is they are ALWAYS based around getting you the RESULTS you want! We strive to help our mamas reach their fitness and health goals, while having their babies with them.

Our studio has a playpen, exersaucer and baby toys to entertain your child during your workouts.


Stroller Fit

This program is designed for all fitness levels. You do NOT need to be a jogger/runner. Our goal with this program is to increase your heart rate for an extended period of time so you will burn LOTS of calories, then throw in strength and core exercises to lose those inches and tighten up your body. You'll get to laugh, chat and talk to other moms about their experiences with their children while enjoying this invigorating workout.

This is an outdoor program held at the Tom Taylor Trail, starting off at St. John's Sideroad, just east of Yonge Street.
