Mind Booster Breakfast Smoothie

1 cup Almond/Rice/Soy Milk
1/2 banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 handfull of greens torn into little pieces (spinach, kale, etc)

Blend for 60 to 90 seconds and enjoy!
