Our Performance Circuit programs are not your typical idea of bootcamp. We incorporate cardio, TRX suspension trainer, kettle bells, free weights, TRX RIP trainers, ViPR's, Bosu's and more. We design all our workouts so that anyone can participate. We have the average adult, pregnant women, new moms, athletes, people who haven't worked out in year and MANY people with injuries. We can modify all workouts to make anyone successful! We are very results focused and do a weigh-in and take measurements every 3 weeks so that you can really see how you're doing, stay motivated and see how far you've come!
