Home Made Granola Bars



Add your own Protein to Make Protein Bars!

2.5 c rolled oats
1/4 c ground flax seed (or more oats)
1/4 c wheat germ (or more oats)
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/2 c pumpkin seeds
1 c dried fruit (cranberries or raisins)
3/4 c chocolate chips
1c crushed almonds
1 can sweetened condensed milk - low fat
1/2 c melted butter

Mix all dry ingredients, add butter and mix. Pour in milk and mix well.

Line 10/15" pan w/ parchment and press mix into pan evenly. Bake at 325 for

20-30 mins until lightly brown. Let cool slightly and cut into bars.
