Curried Chickpea Dip

(Serves 4-5)

1 (15oz) can organic Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ tsp curry powder
½ tsp garam masala spice
2 or 3 whole cloves of garlic, peeled
½ tsp sea salt
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp cayenne (optional)
½ cup freshly chopped cilantro
